First Floor
Consists of bedroom 1 with kingsize bed and fully tiled en-suite bathroom, bedroom 2
with 3’ bunk beds, bedroom 3 with kingsize bed and bedroom 4 with 3’ wide twin beds.
The main bathroom is fully tiled and also contains a washing machine. Power showers are
provided in all bathrooms, which are also equipped with bath, bidet, wash basin and WC.
The plumbing is pressurised.

Ground Floor
20’ x 20’ living area. The front door opens into a hallway leading into the large
living/dining kitchen area with a magnificent limestone feature fireplace and French
windows opening onto a shady patio with patio furniture. The lounge area has a bed settee
and chairs to seat 5 persons plus, together with satellite TV, DVD player and hi-fi system.
The dining room area has a farmhouse-style dining table and seating for 12. The kitchen
is fully equipped with gas hob, oven, integrated fridge, microwave oven and dishwasher.
Also downstairs is an inner hall with oak stairs off with downstairs cloakroom/WC. The
second lounge area opens directly onto the swimming pool via a large French window and
contains a bed settee and chairs plus an en-suite bathroom adjoining. It is ideal for
evening drinks if children are watching TV/DVD’s.
